We provide a limited timeframe to make changes before an order enters our automated fulfillment and production cycle.
- Window for Change: You may request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of purchase.
- Eligibility: Requests are only guaranteed if the order has not yet entered the processing, production, or packaging stages.
- Fulfillment Status: Once an order has moved into fulfillment or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be halted, modified, or canceled.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or dispatched:

- No Cancellations: Orders already in transit with the carrier cannot be stopped or rerouted.

- Shipping Address Updates: Corrections are only accepted within the 12-hour window. Lunas Gear is not responsible for deliveries lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer at checkout.
- Product Adjustments: Requests for size, color, or design changes are accepted within 12 hours. If production has already started, you may need to wait until delivery and then follow our Returns Policy for exchange options.
- Peak Season Notice: During high-demand periods (November–December), orders may enter production faster than usual to meet holiday deadlines. During these times, modifications are not always guaranteed, even within the 12-hour window.
